great size and design just a shame it is flimsy ok for very light work but will flex with the slightest of pressure

The shape is ideal, fits great across an armchair, but rather than being a solid piece of wood it is MDF, and really quite flimsy. We got round it by putting some battens on the underside, but it's not ideal to have to do that. I suppose for the price we shouldn't have expected too much though..... :/

As other people have written very flimsy and when you send it back you have to fight to get all your money back as you only get part refund, luckily Amazon stepped in and got me the rest of my money back, your choice of you but but read reviews first

Thin & flimsy and after about a week it started to peel. Waste of money.

DO NOT BUY! Not only is the quality of this armchair desk so poor you can't even rest a cup on it without it bowing in the middle but when you return it to them they won't necessarily refund you... I've had no end of problems having returned it and still no refund! Trying to rest a laptop or even a notepad on this desk is ridiculous, it's so thin and weak it just bounces about as you put any weight on it, big waste of money (which you might never get back!) Buy something decent!

should have been used for wife's laptop but very thin,slippy and moves all over the place.
