The media could not be loaded.  We liked the sleekness of the product but all of a sudden the latch leg got broke so unable to latch the gate. Pl suggest. Seems material is of low carbon steel. How can you help us in this product?

Just what we needed. It matches existing fixtures on the door like the lock surround and handle so for us it's perfect. It's solid and easy to fit as it just screws into the wood - no need to drill mounting holes right through and affix nuts. At last we can hear people when the arrive at the door!
