Not worth the price
I ordered this because my 3 year old has been asking for a computer all year long so I decided to get her this for Christmas. I preferred this one over the other model because of the color screen. Upon arrival i noticed the vasing was scratched up but it was already almost christmas and i didnt have time to exchange. After playing with it for the first time I could already find a few things I was unhappy with. The screen is so small. The keyboard is in alphabetical order so it doesn't even help them learn to type on a real keyboard. But these were things my daughter didn't complain about but my 12 year old noticed as well. Only a couple weeks in and the mouse jack fell out of its port. Then the laptop frozen on this weird menu screen and the only way to turn it off would've been to take out the batteries. I didn't bother I just started the return process. Now it's been almost 2 weeks since i sent it out and still no update or return. Buyer beware. I'm going to go with my original plan of buying her a refurbished laptop for the same price and just preload it with kid websites and parental controls because this was a waste of money.

Broke on first day (updated)
Bought this for Christmas for my son but the plug for the mouse broke the very first day. One of the games froze every time you play it forcing you to unscrew the back panel and take out the batteries to restart. Its not very easy for a 5 year old so I would say if you still are considering buying make sure your child is older. It also arrived scratched. UPDATE: I tried to contact LEXiBOOK via their website for a refund/replacement and found that trying to send them a message is impossible, the website just sends you to a "404" error screen.

Deux commandes = deux produits abîmés ou défectueux. Je renvoie les 2. Je vais tenter d'en commander un 3eme car c était un cadeau d anniversaire et mon fils aime bien. Croisons les doigts !

Appareil défectueux
L'appareil s'arrête de fonctionner après quelques secondes. De manière générale, l'aspect et le plastique donne une impression de basse qualité.
