Initially, it was slower than I got speed on my iPhone. I’ve updated a firmware through an original app which made everything worst. Now it doesn’t work most of the time and not recognises any admin pass. So, another device which will be sent back and refunded. I had better expectation from Taiwanese device so paid more compared to Chinese product. On my iPhone I get 250-400Mbps speeds, but this device never delivered anything close to that when worked.

I've spent the last 2 months working with Zyxel support trying to get this router to get the same 5G speeds that my mobile phone gets (500mb+). The 5G mast is less than 30 metres away from the 5G tower and yet only seems to get 50-150mb speeds and needs restarting on a daily basis to work. I've now returned it and purchased a D-Link 5G router instead

Good 4G reception. Increased my speed from 10Mbps to 20Mbps compared to tethering from my phone (S21 Ultra 5G), in a place with very weak signal and no line of sight to any cell towers. I did not test the 5G side as the area don't have 5G coverage from all 4 major networks in the UK.On the management side, the Nebula software is unnecessarily complex and is not needed for home users, so I don't recommend using it and just login to the local admin page to configure the router instead. It will also override the admin password set locally which is also very annoying as you will need to login to Nebula web interface to find the password before going back to router local web interface to finally login.Wifi is strong enough to cover the whole flat with full speed so no complaints here.
