Hellwig 7708 Solid, Heat Treated Chromoly, 1-1/2" Front Sway Bar

Great deal from Amazon with free shipping and cost lower than most online retailers. Fit perfectly. You'll need some elbow grease to get the end links to compress enough around the thicker end links to get the nylock nuts back on...but a little bit of channel lock "persuasion" and I was good to go.MY factory "D" bracket bolts are about two (2) inches long (2014 R/T) so there was no problems getting them back on using the factory bolts.There is a minor improvement over the stock front bar. On the R/T front I went from 1-1/4 to 1- 1/2. I have both the front and rear Hellwigs, and it makes it handle better...but not a sports car.

I have used hellwig sway bars for many years on both my personal vehicles as well as customers of my shop. Always a quality piece that works as it is supposed to!

The front sway bar does not come with bolts. The rear does, the front does not. Instructions say to reuse the factory bolts. Hellwig sells you a MUCH LARGER diameter sway bar, adds in a spacer plate that is at least 1/4 of an inch thick and they say to reuse the factory bolts. Thanks Hellwig. Now its Sunday and I have to run around looking for grade 10 metric bolts to finish installing your product that effectively has my truck setting useless in the driveway. I am glad you saved yourselves four dollars or so by not providing the bolts needed on the fronts like you do provide on the rears.
