Very underated
This is an absolute brilliant device, cooks my rice to perfection and recently tried steaming my fish and the taste was amazing. The instructions are very simple. And just follow the guide and you will then be able to cook your rice your own way. Adding a little bit of water than recommended or less. Really happy with the product

Good aside from drainage
Cooks rice and oatmeal well. The slow cooker is very fast. At least a level high on a traditional slow cooker. The one downside, as noted by others, is the lack of drainage from excess steam. You need to soak it up after each use.

Amazing rice cooker
I’ve just received the rice cooker which is amazing for family cooking. It even has different modes, taking shorter time to get porridge. Much easier for ppl to make soup or plain rice. I love it so much and definitely deserve that price.

I have had yum-yum Asia rice cooker and they very good but paying less than a third the price this is better.

Cooks rice well.
The rice cooker sits on rubber feet, and the rounded metal and plastic body contains a large circular metal pot with a non-stick coating. The hinged lid springs up on pressing the large flush button on top, and will stop rather sharply if not controlled. It contains a spring-loaded lid for the pot that can be removed for cleaning. The pot has internal markings for water levels depending on the quantity of rice, oatmeal or chickpeas to be cooked. We have already lost the plastic measuring cup supplied with the cooker, but can manage without. Food such as vegetables can be steamed in the plastic insert tray if water is put into the main pot. It is possible to cook in the pot and steam at the same time. The steamer program is set for forty minutes, but some things will cook faster. You can open the lid ahead of time. There is a slot in the lid that vents excess steam, so care is needed. There is a numeric LCD display to show which of the six programs is being used, as well as time functions. Moving bars indicate operation of the heater. Power consumption is 860 watts, and times vary from a few minutes upwards. The delay timer function allows you to set the start time in the future. You need to work out the number of hours until the food is needed, and the timer calculates the start based on the cooking time of the program selected. There is also a warmer setting to keep food warm. This also starts automatically after a cooking program is completed. The cooker is quite straightforward to use. The controls are a bit opaque, and take time to learn. Build quality is adequate. The mains power cord has a kettle IEC type three pin plug, and I had some intermittent problems until it was firmly pushed into the socket on the cooker. Otherwise, it has worked as expected.

Multi use
The media could not be loaded. I used this cooker as you can see from the photos and video I cooked a 1 kg gammon in the rice cooker it was so tender and beautiful flavour I slow cooked it for about 2 1/2 hours it can be used as a steamer for fish and vegetables etc it has a basket that fits inside the pan for steaming also it has a 24 hour delay program and a 12 hour warmer different settings to cook different rice or oatmeal that all take slightly different times to cook the pan has different layers to help conduct heat efficiently. The lid and steam basket are detachable for cleaning at first I thought this was a bit expensive at £99.99 when I thought it was just a rice cooker but when you realise it can cook a host of other food it’s not too bad maybe an idea would be to also advertise it as a slow cooker and steamer for other food would be a good idea I hope this with you is a bit of help to someone

Ok
The rice cooker worked well for the very first time. Buy now it sprays steam and bubbles of hot rice water from the top. This is on the minimum amount of rice, what would it be like at the maximum level!
