Basal Fat is used up seriously with this product. It works hand in hand with a good, serious aerobic session. Lost 20 pounds in 3 months exercising 5-6 days/week, 60-90 min. and doing 3 normal, healthy, balanced meals per day. Drank 1.5 liters of water per day minimum and avoided junk food at all costs. Assured intake of fruit & vegetables and my body experienced change. High blood pressure dropped to normal and stamina increased. I now fall asleep without tossing & turning for hours. I combined it with Omega 3, garlic gelcaps & CoQ10 for my heart condition.

I didn't notice this product doing anything for me, which was disapointing. I've been on L-Carnitine before and it seemed to help with my weight.

C2 is Chromium Picolinate with L-Carnitine,Chromium picolinate can control blood sugar, enhance insulin function and improve diabetes, but excessive use can lead to hypoglycemia, it is still important to note that it is not a substitute for a healthier light diet.​

So far I'm doing well with this supplement I normally take chromium picolinate to help maintain my blood sugar and this seems to be working the same as others that I have used. Should anything change, I will come back to update my review to reflect the change. I also like that it contains L-Carnitine, as well. Came sealed up very well and in good shape.
