Wonderful Exercises
My legendary chiropractor in San Francisco told me about these exercises. I ordered the DVD and have been practicing them and sharing with my patients. I am a certified fitness trainer, physical therapist assistant and retired professional violist. The exercises are fun and extremely helpful for all kinds of problems and just for keeping the hands strong! They wake up the hands! Love them and will recommend to all my clients.

Some expected exercises, but little instruction
This video has the author going through some of his exercises. They are what you would expect if you have seen his act ever. You could probably make the exercises up yourself. There isn't any instruction regarding what to do if you can't do the exercise well. What if you can't bend your ring finger or little in the proper way independently. I imagine you just keep trying until you improve. Still it would be good if this was discussed.
