Works great
We have two of these they work great only problem the temp setting is not 100% accurate but I have other brands and they are not accurate either but these are the closest to being right

Incubator
It is a little more complicated than what I've had in the past. You need to remove the egg turners at 3 days before hatch and add water for the humidity level. But overall it works.

Buy local, much cheaper in long run.
Great incubator, but the extra shipping charge i was billed by FedEx wasn’t so nice at $74, so the deal i figured I got was lost and then some. Local store could have beat that. So no more form this company on Amazon.

Buyer beware - the incubator works great, but if you’re purchasing from Canada, the shipping company will send you a bill after for $100+ more in duty/tax.
