This product was cute and looked like good quality but I returned because I no longer needed to use it.

The quality of the products sold on Amazon are rapidly declining as is their non American customer service. Amazon should consider adding the return method prior to the purchase being finalized as the 3rd party companies are all different. I used to find Amazon to be a totally convenient place to shop and the quality of items generally good. This is NO LONGER THE CASE! Do not purchase this product!!!! It’s garbage and the run around I got with the return took me almost an entire day, chats with 10 different people and 2 phone calls!!!

Cute and chic

I was able to use this for one event before the spout broke on one and the stand collapsed. The stand actually collapsed at the only event it was used for. Very cheaply made and although no super pricey I expected a whole lot better for the money.I will say after writing my initial review the seller did reach out. I assumed any resolution was long gone but they really went above and beyond to make this right for me and that says a lot. They were very reassuring that this is a completely rare occurence.

This product was used for my daughter’s bridal shower. It was perfect! Easy to set up, clean, and looked great! I had a lot of compliments on it! Very worth while!

Jars are beautiful, well made, easy to assemble and worked as expected.Chalk worked out great.Received a lot of comments on how pretty they were.The only problem was as I poured tea into the first jar, for the very first time, the welds on the stand broke in two places… jar tipped and mess everywhere just as our grad party was about to start. Looked like the bars were welded to the bottom and should have been welded to the top side of the shelf. Fortunately I had a piece on 3/4” wood on hand that I was able to zip tie to the top of the stand and then it worked fine.Also, I didn’t check before I bought it, but no rubber feet on it so the stand will slide around as it’s used, just need to put something under it.

Jars durable! Put mat under stand to avoid movement..Have not used yet, upcoming event!
