I was expecting a new pair of shoes. The pair I received appear used. It’s like someone wore them and returned them, then they were sold to me at full price.

I am a size 9. Straight up. I can buy any shoes on line and a 9 always fits. Till now. I bought these to replace a worn out pair of Cole Haans but as you can see in the pic, the Coach are much bigger when side by side, both are a size 9. Made my foot look huge too. The laces come up a lot further up the tile of my foot to my ankle which is one reason they look so large. Almost clowny. I will try going a size smaller. We shall see
