These little rings save me from the rash. I only wish they wouldn't melt and glue the inside of my bag shut.

I have a tear which now empties my stoma from a skin level area. Fixing it is the last last last option. I've been getting one to two day wear with convex plates at ten dollars a piece. These are amazing. I'm getting 5 to seven day wear now and NO skin irritation. I also use the stomahesive paste around the area not covered by the seal so its even and lots of tape to keep it in place. But even doing things like yard work, bending a lot, it doesn't slip. I made a three inch wide belt as well, the hole big enough to allow the bag to fully empty, but holding it flat up to the sides, and its snug but comfortable.I reccomend this product absolutely, especially if you have a malformed stoma or a tear or some other problem which otherwise can only be managed by surgery.
