Ordered this to go under bridesmaids dresses because the Ridory and Tiddell were out of stock in red. The tulle seam is SO THICK and right at the waistline so it causes a weird bump right at the stomach, hips and backside. There's a reason the model's hands are covering the waist in all the photos.The return policy states you have to pay for shipping back — to China — which is more than the cost of the item. Don't buy this if you want to wear it for anything other than Halloween or kids' dress up.

Very fluffy, had to pick out fibers from between layers but that’s nothing. The band is a little bit itchy but I like the skirt over all!

I have never written a negative review on Amazon before. I am easily satisfied and generally forgiving for small differences or imperfections in products, especially when I get them at a great price. I cannot say this enough: Do not buy this skirt. There is nothing good about it, and it is nothing like the pictures.1. The waistband is not a one-inch elastic like the picture. It is a six inch-wide spandex panel, so you would have to pull it up under your boobs to get it to go out at your waist not your hips.2. The material is very scratchy and stiff. The picture makes it look like soft tulle, but this is crinkly crinoline that pokes and itches.3. There are only two layers of crinoline. The pictures look like many soft layers. It still goes out enough to hold up my dress, but that's only because the material is so stiff.If that wasn't enough, the quality was horrible. Even if the description had been more accurate, I would have returned it because there were stray pieces of crinoline stringing out from the waist as if they didn't trim the seams. I am shocked this has so many good reviews. I don't know what they got, but I didn't get it. The only thing this seller should be advertising is their photo editing software.

The package arrived in an air tight bag. Once you take it out, the skirt is INSIDE OUT, so turn it the proper way and throw it in the dryer for 15 minutes to get the wrinkles out.It looks just like the photos.Absolutely perfect as a petticoat for my wedding dress I am making. I was looking for a Miss Yvonne look from Pee Wees playhouse. (The costume designers for that program made the actress wear two petticoats to get that volume.) If you have a tea length dress and need EXTRA volume to look like Miss Yvonne, this is the skirt for you. It has everything; cotton lining, cotton covered waist band, and three layers of tulle.

Ok first I received the wrong size on my first order. I ordered a small and got the large which was a big disappointment because this skirt is so nice! I quickly reordered the small for my daughter so it could reach us in time for our Disney trip. It came in 2 days and we couldn't be happier.There are so many tulle skirts on Amazon it was a chance we took on the description of this one since there were no reviews and the price was lower than others. Do not hesitate to buy one of these from this seller and Amazon Prime.My daughter wanted one to use as a slip under her full twirl skirts, She wanted it to be soft and also have the fullness begin at the waist, not a drop slip and then the stiff tulle at knee like most crinolines. She also wanted it to go right to the knee and not longer than her skirt. This tulle skirt ticks all the boxes and well worth the purchase!It is perfect fullness right to the knee. Not too puffy and very soft! For reference, my daughter is a size 4-6 and is 5'7 with a thicker waist at 28' The small/med fit her great. Not tight and can be stretched comfortably. It falls right at her knees and she has long legs.Just store inside out and fluff before wearing. It is twirl worthy and can be worn under a skirt or as a skirt with a belt or tie ribbon! You cannot see through the skirt. (Note for sizing reference, the large or maybe xl we received was very big it was even loose on me and im a 33 waist and 5'5 it came right to my knee when at my natural waistline, I have long legs. there isn't any tag indicating the sizes.)

I have paid three times as much for similar tulle skirts on etsy and let me tell you this one is just as good if not better. It has the right amount of poof for a dramatic feel. The only thing I will say is that you will probably have to either steam it or have it pressed at the dry cleaners because, do to packing, it is a bit wrinkled but that is to be expected. Otherwise I would highly recommend it for all your tutu needs!!
