Great Product and customer service.
The hitch comes in two packages. FedEx separated them which created issues with delivery. The seller was able to track down the second package and update the delivery time. They responded quickly when I messaged and were the upmost courteous. The hitch wasn't bad to install if you are comfortable doing your own mechanic work. The hitch is rock solid.Thanks,

Flip over gooseneck works great
Had a homemade gooseneck in a truck I bought. Replaced with this unit so I could have a flat bed floor again. Installed by myself and it took some time but it’s a nice heavy duty hitch.

It was easy to install. If you don’t have a lift it would be a lot harder to install but still can be done.

Hard to install BUT easy to use.
Never installed one before, it was hard to do but, well worth the effort. Great product, easy to use.

2000 k2500 SB
This bolted up just right in my 2000 Chevy 2500 4wd ex-cab short bed. Took about 3 hours to install myself (1 person) while changing my oil at the same time. Pretty easy and straightforward. Wasn't missing anything and showed up almost a week before expected. I highly recommend taking your tires off to install this. I didn't and getting to some of the bolts with the torque wrench proved to be pretty difficult. It's a B&W so I know it will probably last longer than me.

Great Hitch Easy install.
Purchased for 04 Silverado 2500HD. This is a great hitch and easy to install. YouTube the install and it’s pretty straight forward. I had a friend help me that had plenty of tools and it took us about 3 hours taking our time. Gonna use it with a companion 5th wheel or Andersen hitch.

Excellent product
The B & W Hitch works very well and looks good. It was not overly difficult for the non-professional to install. All parts were present when the hitch arrived.
