Q: Where is this product made?

Hi,friend,this emergency weather alert radio is made in China.

Q: Sw1 or sw2 - i see these faint in the screen, but how can i change the band to either of those?

Dear customer,this emergency radio can receive AM FM WB channel without SW function.So you couldn't change the band to SW.Hope this helps.

Hi,this emergency radio does not have an external antenna jack.Hope this helps.

Q: I have my radio set to weather alert. It’s randomly going off, but not providing corresponding weather message. Just sounds alarm??? Anyone found a ph

You have to manually hit the BAND button to get back to the weather band to hear the message. I do not like that it does not automatically start playing the message.
