Worth the price
I bought the 32GB variant.Read speed: 40 MB/S constant.Write Speed: Not constant. Fluctuates between 15 MB/s and 25MB/sI tested it in USB 3.0 and both USB.2.0 ports. The speeds are somewhat same just in USB 3.0 the read/write speed stays constant.In comparison to Sandisk and Kingston, it heats considerably less.A con: 3 years warranty ... but SanDisk other give 5 years.Bottom line: Does the job for me. No major complaints. Lexar is good company; the previous Ped drive I had was on Lexar too.

Excellent thumb drive, sturdy and easy to use.
Lexar definitely rules on USB and SD drives and cards. I'm a photographer who stores lots of photos on these USB drives for 2nd backup to external hard drives. I've used these USB drives for many years. No crashes, no loss of data. USB port is metal, not plastic which keeps the drive from cracking or breaking! Definitely recommended! Plus has a loop for attaching carabiner !
