A size 38 does not fit the advertised waist size of 40” to 41” as per the advertised chart. You would think the seller/manufacturer would have gotten these details right. A size 38 seems to fit a 38” waist, as one would expect were it not for the advertised inaccurate chart. We purchasers have to go by what size waist a particular size product is advertised to fit. Get it right guys so we customers don’t have to go through this frustration. Otherwise the product seems ok.Update: Ordered size 40 and these fit my size 39-40 waist perfectly. I ordered several in green, navy blue, and (uhhh) sand I think. All colors accurate as per web site photos. I’m impressed as these were very well constructed, shaped, and with excellent materials. Only suggestion for improvement would be to use Velcro to secure bottom leg openings as opposed to tying a bottom leg strap to do the same. Of all the knee-length men’s shorts I’ve seen (and I have seen and ordered a lot) these are the most durable and stylish/well designed. Not too tight and not too baggy. I’m very happy with the batch I’ve received. I should have many years of quality wearing in these. They have my highest recommendations.

I bought 5 pair last week, navy, dark green, brown, khaki and gray. All fit perfect except for the dark green and the brown. They are way too big. I ordered 42 in all pairs. I should have tried all of them on before removing tags. I am stuck with 2 pairs that are way too big for me. I do like the quality of the shorts. The seem to be well made so far. I would order them again, but I don’t know what size I will receive. I don’t know if I can send them back without the tags on them. I followed the sizing chart that was provided on the site. A little disappointed. Maybe the seller will be kind and send me two more pairs, khaki and gray, in the correct size. I would definitely order them again in the future and update my review!Wrote and the seller two pairs were too big. A little less than a week later I got two replacements in the mail. The brown now fit fine, but the green are still too big. Maybe it’s the color, I don’t know. Much praise to the seller for attempting to make the order right. Will order again, just not the dark green. They went above and beyond!!👍🏻👍🏻

I ordered 3 pairs of these shorts. The colors advertised aren't really that close to what you get. The "Brown" was the first pair I tried on (Size 36) and they fit perfect, were high quality and looked and felt great! I was excited I ordered 2 more pair. The second pair looked like they were returned as they were not packaged as good as the first. Well as soon as I opened them I noticed the zipper was broke. So, back in the bag. Well I had one more pair. Same size 36, and they didn't even button. So great shorts, be leary of the zippers as they aren't really high quality and be prepared for the colors to be somewhat off. Too bad I have to send back the two pairs.

Noticed when taking them out of the bag i had black ink on my fingers, decided to go ahead and wash them prior to wearing it. These have now been officially washed and dried and worn a couple days later and the ink is still rubbing off on my skin.. I will have to buy another brand because this will bug me
