The outside material feels similar to puffer vest material. It's soft, but water repellent (not resistant!). Depending on the color you get you will easily see stains and/or dirt and scuff marks. The inside is a classic cooling material, however it doesn't hold cold very well. I have two small ice blocks at the bottom to keep items cold at work since I don't use the fridge, but they unfroze very quickly. I'd say within 4 hours; which is okay unless you have multiple items to keep cold. The bag is large when opened, but when you zip it closed it concaves inward, reducing the amount of space you actually have for storing food. I had a small bento box, two small ice blocks, banana, protein powder container, vitamins and slice of bread inside of it. It was almost too full to zip up. I do like that it has a mesh pocket inside, a zip closure on the backside and a velcro pocket on the front. I stored my reusable silverware in the front pocket and my portable whisk on the back. All in all, it's a decent bag and gets the job done!

I was looking for a new lunch bag after my reliable long time bag finally got past the point of no return ... the inside insulation started ripping months ago, and, well, there is barely any left at this point. I resisted getting a new one though, because I thought my old one was so perfect in terms of size and features. I didn't think another would live up.I was thrilled when I opened the package with this new lunch bag though. It had everything my old one did ... and then some. I like the little pouch inside to slip condiments or small loose items, and the two outside pockets are great for silverware, chips, dessert, whatever else I want to slip in. It has a full zipper for the main compartment to keep in the cool, one exterior pocket is also zippered, and the other is fold over velcro for quick access. So practical. The zippers seem well made and pull easily.I'm nearly ready to throw out my old reliable, as this really is a superior bag!

This is a very roomie lunch tote and well insulated. If anything, it's a little too big for my needs and would probably be even better for picnicking or families rather than an individual daily lunch tote for one person. The styling is decent and there are lots of different compartments for silverware/napkins, etc. Overall a solid bag.

I took a bottle of Pepsi in the main compartment and a couple of granola bars in the front pocket. Just to test, I put some ice cubes in around the Pepsi. It leaked water as the ice melted. I’m sure it will be fine with the plastic ice packs that you can buy. I like it to keep items cold and the pockets are very handy. I like the size of it.

I like the size of this lunch bag. It can hold quite a bit of food and there are pockets for napkins and utensils. It looks like a handbag too!

It's sturdy and well made. However, I wasn't expecting it to be a teepee shape at the top when zippered. I'll have to make sure that anything I use for lunch doesn't need height at the top. Otherwise, it's well made and insulated.

What I like:- Bag folds down to be very flat and doesn't take up a lot of space.- Bag expands to hold a good amount. I can fit a standard size bento box inside it and still have extra room in it.- The mint color is very cute.- The bag can be cleaned easily.- The interior pocket is a great place to put a napkin and not have to worry about it getting wet from condensation from food containers.- The outer pocket is great for things I want easy access to, such as my cell phone or keys (in case I don't want to also carry a purse).Overall, I like this bag.
