I didn't buy the black pants (bought khaki and white) but assume every color fits the same. I'm 5'6" and the pants hit at my ankle and yes, the cufffs do unroll.

Q: What is the rise -high waist or mid rise - short torso people have a hard time getting a good fit - where does this pant fit?

it's more mid rise. fit is good.

Q: What is the difference between plus and the regular size?

Plus sizing generally is wider in thighs I’ve found. I wear an 18 non-plus bc I carry my weight in my torso/abdomen, so the 18 plus or 18 wide don’t fit my legs especially well.
