Love the quality components - very sturdy, not flimsy at all. My contractors set this up - they said it was a little bit of a challenge, as the original standard door handle holes are larger and did not line up well with these holes (almost overlapped), thus decreasing the overall strength of the lock (ie could be kicked in more easily). However, I am using this for a rental on an interior door, so sufficient strength for my needs. Looks great, very convenient so far. Not looking forward to changing the combination, as apparently you have to remove the top plate and manually change the metal bits inside. However, a great buy so far.

The install isn't too difficult if you read the instructions carefully. It does involve drilling some additional holes in your door. The lock system works well. Some reviews have complained that security is diminished because it doesn't matter the order you press the numbers in your code. That is true BUT that still means there are thousands of possible codes. If someone is breaking in it will be with a crowbar.

The installation was a bit challenging, even for a very good handy man, there were some swear words said! Lol. Honestly, once installed and in use, it looks awesome and works awesome :) I’m very impressed with how sturdy it is and just how easy it will be to re-code the lock if we ever need to. I love that we won’t have to worry about batteries too.
