Not soft or thick enough
I tried to contact the seller prior to leaving this review, but the option isn't available with this seller for some reason.Just received these in the mail and am very disappointed. I have a handful of different silk pillowcasess- the quality of these fall far below any others I have purchased in the same quality bracket. My order was for "100% 19mm mulberry silk", but they do not feel like they should. The silk is not as smooth, sturdy, soft or thick as other 19mm mulberry silk pillowcases...not happy about my purchase.

I'm a skeptic, but this surprised me!
Wasn't expecting to love this as much as I do.I have naturally curly hair, and I was so intrigued when I read about silk pillow cases. I NEVER have good-looking second-day hair, ever. I know cotton is rough on hair, but I just never really thought about how damaging my pillowcase was. One night was all it took and I am HOOKED on silk pillowcases now. I woke up with de-frizzed hair, but I also noticed my skin didn't look roughed up either! No wrinkles/creases, face didn't look glossy, and it just looked healthy overall. I looked up the correlation between the two and noticed silk is also good for the skin! Go figure!I ordered the queen size, and it's a bit big. I'd imagine it fits a king perfectly. I don't mind the extra room though; just means I can upgrade the pillow at some point and keep the same case. It came wrinkly, but that didn't bother me, and it also seems to have flattened itself out. I didn't really feel the "cool sensation" throughout the night though. It warms up like every other case I've had. Face-temperature doesn't bother me though. I have cotton sheets so there wasn't any slipping either (but I don't move around much in my sleep anyway). If you have silk sheets as well, it might be a problem.Something weird came in the package though. It was like a little fuzzy, white, hollow caccoon thing with a dime-size hole. I have no idea what it could be. Asked around, and no one else knew either...But overall, I love this and will be purchasing silk pillowcases from now on for smooth curls and a soft face!

Perfect! Perfect! Good value and quality!
I really wanted silk charmeuse, but I settled for this. They are not satin as described, and more like a crepe de chine.That said, I wanted the silk to help my freshly washed natural curls to stay that way, without getting "frizzy" as my hair would do,even with the finest cotton pillowcases. Also, silk pillowcases are supposedly now being touted as being better for complexion.Whether that is true, I don't know. But for your hair, no matter what the texture or style, this pillowcase is excellent.I, of course, order more than one, so that a fresh one is available for the change of our bed linens weekly. I definitelyrecommend that they get pressed/ironed, because even after they are washed on gentle cycle, they dry with a certainstiffness/crispness. Used between the two other pillows on my side on the bed, I pull it out at bedtime, and that is the pillowthat I actually sleep on. The invisible zipper ensures that the pillow doesn't slip out. Colour-wise, I chose the white, whichI am glad to report is a softer white, not snow white. The gentler tone is soothing.

Wake up tangle free!!
I have long hair below my shoulders. I’m growing it out and looking for ways to protect it and keep it looking “healthy” and that’s how I started shopping for a silk pillow case. I’m not sure of all the claimed benefits except my hair is MUCH less tangled in the morning now. That means much less is being broken and pulled out as I try to brush it. That’s got to be better for it. Also, im kinda tender headed so this is just a relief lol.There are more expensive silk pillow cases available. They may last longer with long term use. Idk. But I won’t feel bad buying another when this ones had it.

Helps hair knots
My toddler had rats nest hair every morning and brushing her hair was always a fight. Detangling sprat barely made a dent. We switched her to a silk pillowcase and her bed head is significantly better. So much less crying. If there was a matching toddler silk sheet I’d purchase.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC
I love it. Love it. Love it. Love it! It is soooo luxuriously soft, good thread count, zipper seems solid. It is exactly as pictured. I will never sleep on regular pillowcases again. I don’t wake up with sheet prints on my face anymore!

Good quality, has lasted a year
I have had this for about a year now. No issues. Holds up well in washer. I wash it on delicate in a laundry bag. So silky.

Softly perfect for sleep
Very well made! I waited to write this review until washing and using the pillowcase. The fabric is exactly what I wanted soft and luxurious. My curly hair is loving this pillowcase. To use, I washed it with a gentle detergent, put it in the dryer for two minutes, shook it out, and used a double clip hanger to hang dry it. This worked very well! Note: the dryer is not recommended by the makers, but I didn't want the hassle of ironing it.
