Matchs perfect with the other Puravita items. Keep in mind, the cover is plastic, but still looks nice.

I bought a full suite of the Hansgrohe Pura Vida valves/i-boxes/trim. It's great stuff and both feels and operates like high end valves should.The bright chrome does show spots in our hard water, but clean up easily when it comes time for cleaning.

Beautiful product the hose it like no other but the cover is plastic so disappointing.

Nice design. Reasonable price. Unfortunately Hansgrohe is using cheap materials for these accessories. They could do better.

So I've never written a negative review, but after getting this wall outlet, I feel compelled to. This $49 Hansgrohe wall outlet is about $40 more expensive than it should be. When I read other negative reviews on it, I didn't believe the item was as bad as the reviewers made it out to be. However, when I pulled the item out of the box, I was dumbfounded that the outlet cover was a very cheap feeling piece of plastic. Without saying anything, I handed it to my wife and she turned it over in her hand and said, "I bet you are going to return this."Actually, all of the trim pieces for Hansgrohe are now substandard crap, but I guess they are made to last 10-15 years until the next remodel or foreclosure or whichever comes first. These are definitely not items that will last 50+ years.Rohl and other companies make wall outlets that are solid and have a nicer feel.I'm sure the plastic outlet cover will last as long as you clean it very carefully with a soft rag. If you buy this, just set your expectations that this looks superficially good, but is really a cheap plastic cover over a metal (coated brass?) elbow.
