Hole has appeared in the side…
My granddaughter loves her bunny BUT a hole has appeared in the side within less than a week of owning it…. Very disappointed and annoyed because she’s poorly today and won’t let me take a photo of the hole - it’s about an inch long on the side of the body. I would like another one sent to replace this one please, which I will have to mend using an over stitch. I would have contacted you directly to make this request, but couldn’t find a contact. Would appreciate a response, please?
