im size 8-10 and I got medium and they fit fine just where they should and they dont dig in the material is good quality and they look nice and cover your tummy plus the adjustable sides mean you can have them higher leg or lower depending on body shape and preference im happy with these

I am a 12 so I ordered a large initially based on the size guide. The fit was just too uncomfortably tight so returned for the xl which is a perfect fit. If you are between sizes I'd size up.
