I don't doubt this product has all the ingredients it claims but you'd only know the benefit if you were able to open the bottle safely and swallow the tablet easily. It took me twenty minutes to cut open the plastic "protective" film at the neck and I was lucky not to have cut myself. The tablets are huge and need to be cut in half (there is no pre cut line) again a safety hazard with no warning. These defects make the product dangerous not only to children but also to experienced adults like me. I am considering reporting this product to the appropriate authority.

Have used other Nu U supplements and been very pleased with them for their value and quality but this may be their best product yet. It offers 100% NRV - recommended daily allowance - for a huge range of vitamins ( inc. D3 and B12) and important minerals; each tablet also contains supplements such as Maca Root extract and Green Tea. With 180 tablets it represents very good value when you consider what you receive. The shelf life is good at well over a year. The tablets are on the larger size but you only need one a day and I find fine to take with a good mouthful of water. The tables are vegan too if important for you. Another excellent Nu U product.

I bought these men's multivitamins for my husband. I wanted to make it easier for him to get all his main supplements in one tablet. He has only been taking them for a few weeks so it's a bit too early to say how effective they are. My husband did mention that they are quite large to swallow. I have used Nu-U Nutrition products in the past and have been very happy with them so we will have to update this review after he has been taking them for a few months.

I bought these for my husband, after the doctor suggested he should take a multivitamin. I like the amount you get in the bottle, good value for money, I've only marked them down a little as the tablets are really large, and hard to swallow first time. I think it would have been better to have to take 2 smaller ones than one of these large ones.

Good value from a trusted UK company. The tablets are advertised as "small and easy to swallow" but beware - they are not!!

This seems like a good way to get a boost from all of the essentials, with a dusting of saw palmetto included. As with so many multivits, the tablet is a little on the large size but providing you can deal with that then it seems like a decent solution/addition to the daily routine.
