This heated back brace was everything I wanted. Comfortable, supportive and adjustable heat. I am only giving this a 2 star because the brace only lasted 4 1/2 months. I've tried different batteries but to no avail. It's too bad as I need to replace the brace BUT i will not purchase this brand again. At least it was cheap enough but I guess you get what you pay for. I would not recommend this brace if you intend to have it for any length of time.* * * * * * * * * *Update -After 4 1/2 months the heating pad failed to work. The company " Ginekoo" read my review and reached out to me. They were very responsive to my disappointment in the back brace and replace the back brace. I still think the product is a good product and does everything I want it to do.The product and company are 5 star. They stand behind their product. I would recommend this product based on my experience.

Upon opening the product, there was an instruction manual. All it contained was identifying features of the product. That's it! No mention of how the battery pack functioned, what do the blue lights indicate, how long to charge the battery, how to know when the battery is fully charged, etc. NO customer support info as in: website, email, phone number. Forget it. I returned it immediately. It may be a good product BUT, without any support, not in my home.Update: After receiving a heartfelt inquiry from the seller, I decided to try their product. The back support is very sturdy, especially with the side adjustment velcro straps. The battery powered heating pad works fine. I'm used to a warmer setting on high but that is just me. The support is comfortable to walk and sit while wearing. The company assured me they will update their instruction manual. Kudos to them for reaching out as they are a new company with a good product.

I have severe lumbar back pain. As a nurse, I'm on my feet for long hours, and without some type of back support, my pain intensifies as the day goes on. This is the third brand of back brace I've purchased. I rarely leave reviews, but everything with this purchase has been so positive, it deserves recognition. The width provides support for the entire lumbar region and into the sacral area. The back weave is in a criss-cross fashion, much like a corset is. The support fastens with a 2 strap system, allowing you to tighten the back weave across your back, not just around like a wide belt. The stays are metal, not plastic, giving me very good relief from spinal pressure. The addition of a heating element makes this my number one choice all around. At home, I have the convenience of using a heating pad, in my car, I drive, even in the summer, with the heated seat on high. Heat is my go-to for relief of my most severe pain. Apart from the quality of this support brace, and a removable pad (for additional lumbar support), thr three level heat function makes a huge difference in my pain control at work. Now that I've found this one brace, I've stopped looking. I don't think an orthopedist could provide better. I was disappointed when the heating element stopped functioning after a couple of months of use but continued to wear it since the support alone was the best. This week, I randomly took a chance and messaged the seller of the malfunctioning heater. Within 2 days, they addressed the problem in a very nice message and immediately sent out a replacement which I received today. Nothing is going to take away my back pain, but this brace allows me the relief I need to get through my shift. There are no words to provide enough gratitude for such a speedy, personal response. Tomorrow, the heat is on! This one is a keeper.

I love the heating in addition to the stretch.

It broke the first time when I was trying it on, ten minutes after I received it. Had to return it, too much hassle, very disappointed.Update:I received email from the seller several days after the return. They are kind enough to offer to send me a replacement. Although I did not take it, I appreciate the solution they provided, from which I feel they really care what the customers think. At least I like the customer service. Thank you.

I got this yesterday, and I've immediately noticed how short the battery life is. I am setting it to the highest setting, and I get about 20-30 minutes of use out of a full charge. When it's on though, oh boy does it feel good.

I had been looking into the heated vests or jackets to help keep my back warm and free of pain. I am so glad I found this instead it is amazing I ordered another one for my kid

Use it for 1 week. Heat intensity very good. Level 2 is good enough (when wear belt on skin, not over T-shirt). The belt is very comfortable with metal strap to support waist. The 2 side elastic straps give more support. The power bank charges at a normal rate, no complaint. Battery can support heat for a long time.The most important thing is that it is very comfortable and not heavy at all. I have 4 waist support belt, 2 name brands, this one is as good as the expensive name brands. I had back pain for 40 years, this belt is now my good companion. I highly recommend it.

The belt is a great fit and is nice and wide so it covers a decent area of your back. I saw some reviews were a bit hit and miss over the heating part of the belt well I found it to be excellent. It heats up quickly with the supplied lithium battery and the heat has three different intensity. It is on a half hour timer but it’s simple to reset it for another session. I have managed five resets before the battery needs re charging so plenty to go at. Like other people I found the battery/ control lead to be a bit short but apart from that it’s excellent value and gives me a great deal of relief on my back.
