I was taking it as recommended, then ran out. It took a while before I reordered it. Have a problem with my knee joint being loose, which flared. Now with this supplement again, the problem is noticeably resolving.

I've been taking collagen for only a short period of time -- my daughter has taken collagen supplements for years and has convinced me to try it. I'm familiar with the Dr. Mercola brand of supplements (whether one agrees with him or not, his supplements certainly seem to be of top quality and are sustainable sourced). I like that this collagen complex contains several different types of collagen (there are well over twenty different types, but only a few are commonly found in the various tissues and organs of humans). My main concern in taking collagen supplements is maintaining joint function, but I will be happy if there are benefits for my skin, hair & nails, too. A serving size is 3 tablets, so this bottle of 90 is only a one-month supply if the supplement is taken as suggested. I am actually taking a bit less and alternating this with another supplement (also from Dr. Mercola) to get started. The tablets are pretty good sized, and I do have a bit of trouble getting them down, but it isn't too bad if I have plenty of water. I don't notice any particular taste, but they do smell pretty vile. The tablets are packed in a heavy glass amber colored bottle. The bottle arrived boxed and properly sealed. The current price of $37.42 does seem pretty pricey and is the only reason that I rated this at four stars rather than five.

The tablets are pretty large, but can swallow them. These come in a brown glass bottle and are a 30 day supply.To be honest, I have only been taking collagen for a bit under a month, so the benefits are not visible. It is generally accepted that it can be a couple months before you will really start to notice a difference. I’m excited to see how that will manifest.Dr. Mercola is a high-quality, well-known brand and I will be reordering when the time comes.Highly recommended!

1.5 grams of collagen from cod, beef bone broth, and chicken per serving of 3 tablets. It’s my fault that I didn’t pay attention to the serving prior to agreeing to try this product, but I generally take a minimum of 10g of collagen a day. I find that lower servings don’t leave me with any noticeable benefits. Because of this, I took these tablets in addition to my usual collagen power for a little extra collagen everyday.Personally, I think this is pricey. Full price is $38 for a 30 day supply. There are cheaper collagens that deliver the same dosage in pill form. If for some reason you insist on purchasing a Mercola product rest assured that the quality is there. These are fine collagen supplements if they are affordable to you and are the dosage you want to take.

I love Mercola products. I know that they are safe and are up to my standards. This collagen is good for me when I travel because I'd much rather take several pills with me than a big container of powder. Since using collagen I have noticed that my hair and nails grow faster. These are easy to take, though three pills is one serving.
