Matte Black Wave Soul Tech Tie

This tie was bought as a gift for my other half. He wanted something unique and stylish, and this tie is just that. The matte black finish is classic and can be used for any occasion. Dressed up or dressed down, it is an accessory that definitely warrants a compliment/comment or two.

I LOVE the look of these tech ties. (Guess it's not technically a tie because all you do is clip it in the back, but hey less time I have to spend to get ready in the morning)The matte black finish goes well with most dressy items and provides a super cool unique look. I also like the transparent sections between the black segments that allowing for the color of ones shirt to show through. For some reason I was thinking it would be made of metal but it's a nice high quality plastic. Which I think works really well weight wise.There are a two things to note though:1.) The tie came in this really cool velvet lined trumpet case. This might just be an individual thing, but the cutout made for the product doesn't quite match my tie which was a little disappointing. But the lid still closes so I guess it's all good.2.) The top of the tie (part by the neck) is super flexible, but it gets pretty stiff as it approaches the bottom (pointy end). Normally I wouldn't view this as an issue but you have to be careful about how you sit down to avoid stabbing yourself in the crotch.But other than those two things I'm super happy with my purchase.
