It works doesn't fit quite like original but my oven manufacturer doesn't Make replacement plates so this fits the bill good enough.

Perfect replacement
When my original plate broke, I got a replacement plate at a hardware store. It was thin and broke again. This one is much thicker and sturdier. I am very satisfied with this one.
