Super useful purchase. I had Achilles surgery on my right heel in August. I had to spend 3 straight weeks in bed with my leg in the air. This pillow was perfect. It held my leg stable, but comfortable. I didn't have to try to mold pillows to my leg, didn't have to worry about rolling over and falling out, etc. It fit from right under my knee down to just at my heel. That let my heel and foot hang off the end (Which was needed so nothing pushed on the incision point). I am 5'10" and 270 pounds, and the foam held-up beautifully. Just the ticket to comfortably stay up and relaxed.Note 1: It did take a couple days to fully get to its right size, but the packing said that would happen.Note 2: It was so useful that I ordered a second one, because I am about to have an operation to sever, flay, fix, and then re-attach my other Achilles. This second pillow showed up, but even after 4 days, it has never fully inflated. I am returning the second one for a replacement. Assuming the second one fully inflates, I will revise my opinion up to 5 stars.
