I'm new to the 'Oil Pulling" concept. I really like the feel of it and it seems to improve the overall integrity of the oral mucosa. Improves breath. and make the mouth feel wonderful. I wish there was more scientific evidence behind the claims, but I will continue to use as I really like it. I have dry mouth because of Sjogren's and I believe this will really help. Suggest: just so you won't gag the first time, squirt it into the side of your mouth, towards your cheek.

I got some for my husband and he has noticed a difference in his breath and teeth, so has been using it regularly now too.These little packets are great - I squeeze them to soften the oil before I use it...so it's not like other oil pulling where it feels like putting a wad of crisco in your mouth! The flavors last and smell good.

Sorry to break up the all 5 star reviews but these are just okay. Yes they don't taste horrible, but they do not taste as good as just a regular mint coconut oil. The packages are a little easier than some other brands I have tried. However I do find there is not a lot of oil in the packages compared to other brands I have tried.

I love Masigi! A great product for a good price. I love that they are all organic and use great flavors for a better oil pulling experience. And the packaging is so easy, perfect for traveling or on the go oil pulling. My package arrived right on time, and looks exactly as it does in the picture.

You need to use two packs of these to make enough liquid to swish in your mouth. Total waste of money !!
