I love this eyeliner and have bought several at their store. The one I bought from Amazon seemed softer then usual and is hard to put on in a neat thin line. I feel like I should keep it in the freezer before I use it so that it’s not too soft. It made me wonder if they are selling seconds or imperfect ones here?

First let me say that I use this product all the time. With the current Pandemic I had to order from a non-manufacturer and decided to give Amazon a try. If you bought this product for the first time, please don't judge it based on what you received.I tried to use this product the day I received it. It was dry, such that it could not even be applied. Bottom line = it's unusable (for me any way. sensitive skin, especially around the eyes. can't apply it).There was nothing visibly wrong with the packaging or package contents. However, this particular product has a short shelf life in that it tends to dry out. You can't store it for a period of time or, if you do need to store it, it must be kept refrigerated. I typically have to replace it before it is entirely used for this same reason, and the last time I purchased in-store I bought two. The second one dried out before I could use it because I, also, did not store the 2nd one in my refrigerator.I ordered another from a major department store and got exactly what I expected.

This was great as far as staying on your eyelid throughout the day however it does smear/run in the corners just like other low end crayons and it doesn’t last long because you cannot twist it to get more of the crayon to extend. I believe mine only lasted 2 weeks and that was pushing it. For the money I will buy the lower end once at my local store.

This is my favorite eye liner. My eyes break out easy at other brands but this doesn't bother my eyes. Even wore to a funeral and can say most of it stayed on and i was crying a lot. I would recommend this eye liner to anyone.

I like the liner, but the pictures shows a sharpener and it doesn’t come with one. This pencil requires a specific sharpener, the listing should be updated.

This pencil is hard to remove with water, it's really waterproof. In my case, this pen is what I was looking for. A little eye redness first day using because I wear a lot over top and bottom waterlines but at the second day I made a finest application and not problems came out. It sharpers well.

Its ok. You need a special sharpener or you will chew the product down to nothing the first time you go to sharpen. Have a round sharpener and you will be good to go. Will purchase again.

Like this eyeliner.

The item that was shipped to me was the older eyeliner that they haven't made in a number of years....before they came with their own separate sharpener. Definitely not what the picture portrays.
