Not as practical as I expected

This has really helped me. I still have allergies but I can breath without inhalers & nose sprays that contain steroids and OTC allergy medications. I sleep better at night. Great book.

Finally great help for my respiratory allergies.. No mere prescriptions which don't work well and have bad side effects.
