Exactly as pictured. I ordered a Blippi one last year and it worked great HOWEVER watch because unless its your 1 year olds birthday thats named alex you'll be a bit dissapointed. There is no where to customize the name or birthday unless I missed it. Its really not a huge deal and I can just color out the name or whatever but I didnt actually think it would say happy first birthday alex. Oh well lesson leanred

Should have specified in the title Alex birthday. Should have been generic with no name worse case if they can’t customize. Not every buyer is buying for Alex.
