Little flavor-packed beads
We like them best gently dry-roasted as company rep suggested. Fragrant and surprisingly filling. Even popping a few “beads” at a time feels like having eaten something. They feel calming and balancing, and are a wonderful addition to our day! :)

One of a kind black soybean!
Highly recommended by my friend lives in Japan. Decided to give a try and yes, this was one of the best soybean we ever tried. We made black soybean tea first and then cooked the beans with rice after brewing . This is not the cheapest black bean you can find in Amazon but worth giving it a try!

Did not have good flavor or any flavor. Did not hold shape well.

Keep its color after boiling in Iron skillet.
Kept its color after cooking. Did not puff up as much as I wanted. Will try Cook twice longer the next time to see if it will puff up better.
