Updated review: Since posting my initial review, i was sent a replacement with exactly what i wanted the cup to say. This is much better. I am happy that a replacement was sent out that was precisely what i ordered. The cups are great and they keep your drinks cold for awhile. I would order again.this was a gift for someone. I asked for the personalization to say purple jane. Instead it just says Jane. Her name isn't Jane it's a combined nickname. When i placed the order it allowed me to put both words purple Jane, otherwise i would have actually used her real name. I already selected the color of the tumbler to be purple so i wasn't doubling down on the color. It isn't what i paid for or expected. Should have contacted me for clarification before making the order (this is the reason for the 3stars initially).

I absolutely love the tumbler. I don’t drink anything hot so not sure how long it stays hot….but I can have ice cold water in here for hours even on a very hot humid day. It’s perfect to gift someone…worth the value the size is perfect and the straw is long enough. Oh and it’s easy to hold not cold to the touch. Definitely good quality and it fits most cup holders.

I loved every experience I had with this purchase. After arriving perfectly to us, We opened the box and saw the great packaging to keep it safe from damage and!! How BEAUTIFUL was the tumbler! I ordered it in Glitter Pink. Its like a pastel luxury-ink color. The name, the Aries sign and everything was PERFECT! You could tell it was made with so much love!! This cup is awesome. The only complaint I have is the venting hole. It’s right where the nose lands when drinking and it causes slow flow. Other than that the cup is beautiful and keeps stuff very very hot and cold. This is my Virgo office cup.
