It was a horrible experience... buying something by just looking at picture
Well... Product quality looks OK but board is so thin like half inch only... but it was a horrible experience.. NILKAMAL said can't assist because you bought from amazonUnfortunately as my situation I don't have time to wait for replacement and we only realized it was wrong size materials after assembled the headboard... so we have to cut it and make new holes to fix in1. Factory they packed wrong size materials.. I got king size headboard and queen size body and some board are different sizes.2. Waited 3 days no installation team showed up then Amazon support told me to get local carpenter to assemble it and IT IS NOT EASY TO ASSEMBLE

Worth Price - Awesome Product - Purchase Blindly
Awesome Product - Eventhough made of engineered wood but product is heavy. Only disadvantage is that the bed lies on ground with the bottom sheets in direct touch of ground without any buffer. So, if there is moisture coming on the ground then it may spoil the ply.Delivery agent (however charged ₹ 300 for putting the boxes at 2nd floor) and installation agent were helpful.Conclusion - 100% satisfied with the product. One can buy it blindly.

Excellent quality
The media could not be loaded. Very good product. Easy to assemble, perfect as per the size , has good storage, looks very stylish

Product isn't worth the money
Storage box set up isn't good, it has split set up which is touching the ground directly with no support. Top of it I didn't recieve few items. Installation guy was only bothered about his service didn't bother to report missing items and mention it.

Poor Customer Service
Product is good but had big time for getting it assembled. Amazon large appliances team is very disorganised and give false promises. Never ever buy such large items from amazon waste of time and energy to get stuff assembled. Also i didnt get full refund amount after returning
