Hitachi ETB0008 Fuel Injection Throttle Body

Update November 27, 2016This throttle body is still going with no problems. Ive opened it back up and checked how dirty it was; to my surprise, it was not dirty at all! Working as if the car was fresh off the lot. I highly recommend this throttle body. I have made 2 major trips already, one to Idaho and Montana from Wyoming. It's working like a Champ!It all started with a MAF sensor...I went a ahead and bought this OEM throttle body, because my MAF went out and started to shoot a code, then the throttle body went out, i took apart both of them and disconnected the battery and started the cleaning procedure, cleaning both of them and putting them back on my 09 Infiniti G37 Base Sedan. Then reconnecting my battery back, then reseting the ECU. Then relearning the IDLE/THROTTLE BODY Procedure. But all of a sudden the car began to set it self in LIMP MODE and would not go over 2,000 RPMS and the SLIP VDC AND CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS started lighting up!! i was so confused and upset. I started from scratch, took me hours to finally figure out that one of the throttle bodies, had a the butterfly valve stiff, it would be hard to push open, not like the left side.. I took a chance and went ahead and ordered this one on Amazon. When i received it i prayed that the flaps were able to move like the left side. AND IT DID!! the bad throttle body was just too old and was holding back the butterfly valve. SO as soon as FEDEX shipped it to my house i quickly replaced it and did a ECU reset! and now the G37 is running great, it recognized the new part and now is running just fine. Highly recommend this part. *always remember that results vary, we dont all have the same situations, check the butterfly valves and see how hard it is to move them. with your thumb push and if its tight, it may be bad.. check both*TO RESET ECU AFTER INSTALL and save your self money from dealer. install is quick and easy.FOLLOW THIS VIDEO! [...]$160 is wayyyy better than $600 to pay the dealer to do all this.have an assertive attitude on doing this job by yourself and you will save lots of $$$$

Excellent value and OEM performance once programmed by Infiniti dealer. Technicians had trouble synchronizing both throttle body units to vehicle ecm computer. This was the case with both this hitachi unit and a Nissan oem unit. They had success once the ecm was flashed and the latest Infiniti program was uploaded onto ecm. This unit is same as oem except for Nissan logos.

Used this throttle body as a replacement for a bad one on my g37, it fixed the problem for about a month then started giving me a cel code, by the time it started going bad warranty was up
