Perfect for outdooe
Great product. Expensive but you get what you paid for. If you use for active environment, like on the boat in the move, stabilizer works very well.

Light and powerful but insufficient eye relief
Light and stabilization works well. Images are sharp and clear. The main issue is the eye relief is insufficient so they cannot be used while wearing glasses. If you don't intend to use them while wearing glasses then recommend this product.

stablization is mediocre
Two major problems are the image stabilization, which is not very good and the eye relief is horrible. With glasses, it's tunnel vision, no better than a $3 Galilean binocular. Also, probably because of the small objective lenses and the 12x power, it's difficult to not have one eye blacked out, regardless of how you adjust the pupilary distance. The focus knob is poorly placed and is too sensitive. It had promise, since the ease of battery choice (1-AA) and the 10 minute auto power off with a little slide switch for on/off. The light weight was also a plus, and the strap is nice plus a good carrying pouch. The small size is also good. When I tried to look at the full moon, the IS was too shaky and I couldn't make out the main crater clearly as the shaking was too much and even when I braced myself against a wall, it would seem to go in and out of focus. It also seems to not work well at an upward angle to look at the sky. I also own a cheap IS monocular, Bushnell Stableview Monocular that does as good a job at less than 1/3 the price.I'm returning it and maybe I'll look for a better performing pair.
