Q: Will this work for everyone ?

I think so, it’s a great nude color.

Q: is This the lipstick from epsy bag ? Smells different?

I just got off the phone with Mellow Cosmetics, who makes this lipstick. I too, wanted the same color from my IPSY bag, but was reluctant to buy this based on the reviews of it not being the same color. Mellow told me that the company that makes the lipstick made it a little darker, and by the time they realized, it was already being sold. The have since recalled that color, and are making it with the color we love. However, they were not sure if Amazon had the old batch or the new batch. So they suggest you buy from them directly. so I think if you want to take a chance on this color, I'm sure it is still nice. But to play it safe, buy from Mellow for now.
