It is very uncomfortable to use. I’m five 5 1/2 I’m pretty average build and just sliding my arm into it to use it the elastic band which is inside for reasons I’m sure? Digs into my arm. When the item 1st came I do not know what they sent me it looks like maybe it was a sling? But I contacted Amazon sent it back and got the correct item. It’s really great for peace of mind if you’re storing it in a garage or in transport to a place but it is very uncomfortable to use while out and it puts just enough pressure on the joystick that it can make you move when you don’t want to if your arm is not inside of it.

NOT as described whatsoever. There's no clear plastic cover and the product that was received is NOT water resistant much less water proof. Material is similar to stuff used for body support products, (wrist, knee, elbow, etc).I will be returning this useless item

I have been looking for something to cover my power chair handle for when I get got in the rain. Perfect size.
