Quality product, very soft and full, they don't skimp on hair like some other brands. Fibers are realistic and not too shiny. Color as described/shown, my natural color has more ash so I sprayed it lightly with a little Batiste Original Dry Shampoo (which knocks down shine and adds a slight greyish hue) and that matched the color well for me. Looks very pretty on and you can blend in your own hair for even greater realism.
