Good alternative to grain based cereals
This cereal is much different from traditional grain-based cereals, but if you need to avoid grain or are doing a whole-30 style diet, then this may be for you. The calorie count is high, so the amount is much less than grain cereals for the same calories. The coconut flakes give it a different texture, but for me, it was very pleasant.

A Great Idea and a Healthy Treat
I decided to get the bulk package after trying the small cup version at a supermarket. They became my go to snack but I wanted to save money. A little over $9 per bag is the best deal I've found for these on Amazon at the time of writing this review.Pros:- Very low carb per serving compared to traditional grain cereals. This doesn't spike my blood sugar after a few hours like every cereal does. (I'm T1 Diabetic) I eat half a cup and it's only 10g of carbohydrates; you subtract the fiber when counting carbs.- Good amount of fiber to soak in the carbs and not cause blood sugar spikes, even for non-Diabetics.- Opinion: Tastes good to me. I like healthy stuff. Also good that there's no grains because corn doesn't agree with my stomach.Cons:- Pricey even with the bulk package. If you eat half a cup like I do, a bag lasts you maybe 10 servings. I've liked and supported most of Bob's Red Mill products throughout the years but I think this suffers from the "Paleo" tax. Basically everything with the word "Paleo" costs double or triple the price of it's not Paleo equivalent. This is a bunch of coconut and nuts. You would think something simple would cost less. Things do come down in price as more competition comes along and similar products are made. I expect this to drop in price eventually.- Ratio of ingredients could be adjusted. I actually like coconut but I also feel it makes the product hard to chew because there's a lot in comparison to everything else.I didn't want to put this as a con but just be aware this is not the best to eat in a hurry due to the above point. You need to chew A LOT. Take it easy and enjoy your cereal.I'll continue to buy when I can afford. It's nice to have these products even if they're a bit pricey because it makes me feel I can have regular people stuff like cereal without suffering bad consequences due food sensitivities and an illness.

Grain free but Coconut! Coconut! Coconut!
I mix a little of this with their regular mix and it's fine.I can't imagine a bowl full. I add it to cookie dough.A little goes a long way. If you are looking for grain free, this works but in small amounts.

Tasty and healthy
I love cereal but I also love being healthy and lean even more. For whatever reason my stomach doesn't like cereal and also smashing a whole box of regular cereal isn't great for the gains. Bob's Red Mill Paleo cereal fills that gap. A bit of honey and cinnamon on top and some nice farm fresh milk and I can keep away from the Captain Crunch.

I eat this everyday.
While it's expensive ( like so many other granola type cereals) , I like the combination of the dried fruits, nuts and coconut without all the usual grains. I mix a quarter cup into my yogurt every morning and it really fills me up. I also snack on it. It tastes and feels really healthy.

Lots of Coconut
It’s hard to be objective, as I am not really a huge fan of coconut, which makes up the majority of this product. I have to mix it 50/50 with other granolas so I enjoy it more. I think it will make a great mix in for things like muffins and or cakes, etc.
