Confortable super soft
I bought these for my 1more triple driver earbuds and really liked them the stock tips hurt my ears and the memory foam ones included felt cheap really just hurt my ear alot so I decided to try the comply foam tips to see if I could enjoy my earbuds. These ear tips are super comfortable they are really soft and don't get warm or uncomfortable and best of all they don't hurt my ears the only downside is durability I've used a pair about two days although I've used them multiple hours at a time and taking them off and on my ears but they are already showing signs of wear with discoloration and tiny holes appearing. They are still usable but I don't see these lasting more than a few weeks the package came with 3 so that should last me two months I hope will update as I see exactly how long they last me.

wow *updated a week later*
I got these after seeing someone recommend them for my iem's on a hifi site. I was going to return them because the fit was off and the bass felt very overpowering. After trying these the sound and fit was so much better I kept them.Perfect match with my 1more triple drivers. The 1more broke a day after writing this and I replaced it with a pair of campfire audio IO and these tips also fit perfectly. However...a week of use and they were no longer making the same seal or bouncing back as quickly. While they sound great, these could prove to be very costly if you're a heavy user like I am. Looks like I'll be on the hunt for some great silicon or maybe look into customs.

Great sound and isolation, but longevity is lacking.
They're an essential for my 1More Triple-Driver buds. BUT these wear like 200 treadwear autocrossing tires. Depending on your usage level, they'll go 4-5 months max before they start disintegrating (you'll know when your ear canal starts itching from the little bits that fall off).Do NOT squeeze these like earplugs when inserting; you'll only wear them out faster. Always keep your ears clean, dry, and wax-free as well. I tolerate the short life of these tips for the excellent isolation (it's in the name so it had better, right?) and comfort.PROTIP: buy the variety size pack first. Find the smallest size that fits your ears comfortably and securely. Using any size larger than necessary will cause faster disintegration due to wear.

Long time user on multiple headsets
I use comply tips all all of my in-ear sets - Etymotic ER4XRs, Sennheiser HD1 wireless, LG HBS-760, Sony MDR-NW750N/NE, and 1More Quad Drivers. Sound, comfort and noise isolation are fantastic. I often select the version with wax guards, not available for the Sennheisers, and don’t notice a sound difference. I have had mixed results on quality. I really don’t mind having to change them every month or so of use. Sometimes they last much longer than others. I’m guessing that it is more about sweat than inconsistent quality. If I wear them when bike riding a lot, in the summer, they tend to die faster. Overall great product. Much easier to find the right fit than with silicon tips.

Must last longer
Fit and sound are great...until they split from wear. It's probably due to sweat and long term use, but still, for the money I need longer durability. Overall good, not great, but they fit the buds well and fit the ears ok, once you roll them in your fingers to compress them, put them in and hold them in place for 10 seconds...feels like forever.

Good fit and noise reduction
Had them for 2 months. Gummy surface makes a good, comfortable fit. I can't say if they actually expand from body heat as described, but I wear them outdoors a lot, and no "wind whistles" around these, so the fit is good and reliable with just a bit of a pull on the ear when being removed. Noise reduction is good for me. When walking, dogs and power equipment are silent at about 60 ft (20 m) or more, but just noticeable (depending on the music) at about 20 ft (6 m); in airplanes, I can tell if there's an announcement but can't really make anything else out.Surface does pick up bits of ear wax but they detach with just a flick.

Not Compatible with Melomania
Unfortunately, despite what the product page says (and Comply's website) these are not really compatible with the Cambridge Melomania 1 or 1+ or their charging case. The diameter of the center is too small to fit over the drivers without several minutes of jamming them on.The next problem you encounter is that the earbuds don't really fit into the charging case with these attached. It would be one thing if they could easily be removed and then replaced however as previously mentioned this is a task. Several times the earbuds did not charge because the memory foam would not let them seat properly. If you can get them to seat properly then you run into a third issue, they tips get stuck in the case (I am using size medium). Then you need a pair of tweezers to get them out.And to the fourth problem, longevity. I have had mine for approximately a week and they are already falling apart. For how expensive these are they need to have better quality control. I've used other Comply tips (and generic ones as well) and they lasted much longer. I wish I could get my money back. It's a rip off!! Don't buy them if you have Melomania headphones.

Exactly what I needed
These were exactly what I've been looking for. I've always had difficulty getting silicone tips to fit and finally tried these. What a difference in comfort and sound. Unlike some on here, I found them to be very easy to insert into the ear canal. Just squeeze them down, place in ear,, and hold for a few seconds until they seal - just like disposable foam earplugs. Cannot evaluate durability yet, but for what they cost, I hope they last longer than some here have said. My only complaint is the cost. I find the price to be a little ridiculous at roughly $5.00 per pair in a pack of three pairs, especially if they are as fragile as some have said here.
