It's more of an Ivory, it is not pure white

Q: Why is this dry clean only? Does it shrink?

Honestly I'm not sure why it is dry clean only. Maybe that it's 100% cotton? We have had minimal shrinkage and have washed and dried it dozens of times. Overall it has been a great little cardigan for my daughter to throw over t-shirts/dresses/etc.
