Take your time and seat all pieces and your puzzle will work perfectly. Some seating took some work, however, the exact fitting is needed for all the parts to synchronize. I very much enjoy watching the balls go about the different channels. Hint: wax even more areas than are shown.I also must mention that the wonderful detail in this puzzle that makes it a beauty when completed that other puzzles do not have.

Gave to my 13 year old grandson for his birthday and he loved it. I tried to get him something else to do other then being on the TV or phone playing games. He was really amazed by it.

I ran into a little issue with our puzzle, I wrote to ask for help and they were very responsive even being at Christmas time. They were helpful and kind in the process.

This is neat but would like some spare parts for the more fragile pieces. You will need some glue for some of the pieces to keep them in place.

I bought this about a year ago and finally got around to build it. I saw a few loose parts in the box an didn’t think much of it. But during the building process I found that it was a returned item were someone tried to build it. It has at least one broken part and a couple of missing parts. I’d like to finish it but don’t know how to get replacement parts! Very frustrating!I need 1-D7 and 4-H3!
