I use the Lime flavor. I cannot find a decipherable date on mine, either. What I have found is that as long as the shaker is unopened, it stays good. I have not found any degradation in the product. Be careful when storing opened shakers. If they are in an environment that is too damp, the product tends to clump together. It still maintains its flavor, you can't shake it anymore. Q: how do tou keep it from getting moist/ clumping?

I've tried putting a little rice in the container but that doesn't work very well. LOL!!! I just make sure that I keep the lid closed and don't let the opening come into contact with anything moist. I absolutely love this with beer!!!
