Rack was nice and well made. Not as basic as I prefer, but adequate. The finish is a soft pearl luster and is not flat or gloss white. Only real issue is that it is about 1/4 in too wide for the door. My internal doors are "standard" hollow core wood doors... I was able to secure with some foam padding I had -- so I kept the item. If it was not for the hassle and the fact that I needed the item, I would have sent back.

This over-the-door organizer was exactly as promised - durable, cost-effective, and effortless to hang (no assembly required!). The only thing I added was narrow foam strips to protect the door. Thanks mDesign!

I bought this to use in a bathroom to hold towels. The tynes are too small to hold towels. They slip right off. I bought another one from brick and mortar that had a knob at the end that holds the towels. If you need this to hold shirts or jackets, maybe it will work. For towels, go elsewhere.

Really upset that these did not have the strong quality I anticipated them to have. I got these specifically for the upstairs guest bathroom, and they not only damaged my door but also made me look bad in front of my guest when the quality showed itself by just sliding to the right. Overall, not happy at all how the quality came out on this over door hook.

Love the over the door design. But I did receive it bent. And it had to be bent prior to shipping. The box was not damaged at all. I was able to hand bend it back mostly but you can still see the original bend in the arm. It’s bowed out and doesn’t hang straight. I’ll use it since it’s in a guest room.

Very well made item that is very sturdy. Well worth the price that I paid. Not cheap looking at all. The brushed nickel metal looks great.I bought it for our guest room to hang jackets. This also can be great for hanging purses, belts, scarfs, etc.Will definitely buy another one if needed for other rooms in my home.Amazon packed the item very well that it did not get damaged during transit. So I am happy with the packing of the item too.

Sturdy and well made. Used for extra coats in our very small coat closet. Holds even the heaviest. Does not come with screws for mounting, but serves well even without mounting.

This is a nice, sturdy, good looking over-the-door hanger; just what I needed. It's easy enough to put it on the door, I first added little felt pads to make the fit more secure, my door was a little thin. It is exactly what I wanted.

Exactamente lo anunciado. Todos los fierros venían bien. Ideal para no perforar paredes y ahorrar espacio. Para una puerta de hasta 5 cms de grosor, no estorba para cerrarla, mide 25 de alto. El acabado es mate y el gris es oscuro.
