Q: What size wrist does this watch fit?

The answer "it is adjustable" does not answer the question. How long is the band? What is the actual measurement of the band? Who gives a crap about the width of the band? How long is the band?

Q: What are the red bars on the face for?

The red bars split the face into 15 second intervals. When nurses (or in my case, a veterinarian) take a heart rate or pulse rate, we listen to the heart/feel the pulse for 15 seconds, then multiple by 4 to get X beats per minute.

Q: Does this have a sweeping seconds-hand?

It has an hour minute and second hand
