One bag has 1000 mg of sodium. I put a minute rice and some low sodium canned beans in with one of these, it makes a few meals that way so the salt is cut down. Just by itself it is overwhelmingly salty, so I'm guessing it is supposed to be added to other items in this way. good flavor when cut down this way, I can see endless variations with adding frozen veggies, etc. to allow for healthy fast food.

I had high hopes for these but I found them to be just okay. I used them in my rice cooker and found it to come out drier than I liked and a little bland and lacking in flavor. Adding some salsa and adobo helped to add more flavor and moisture but I had hope that these would be good enough to use without having to doctor them up. They are good enough to use the rest of but I wouldn't get these again.

I get these locally, in a few different options. Have enjoyed every single one of their items. Good ingredients, rapidly ready to serve, and delicious!

I like this, but wish I didn't have to buy a case. I'll give some away to friends. Otherwise, it would take me a few years to eat all of them!

Expires very soon. I can see if this is one pouch, but not for several pouches to expires in a couple of weeks. This is the second multiple item of this brand that expires very soon. What the heck?
